Omar’s commentary reminds me of The School of Life and specifically a book compilation they published 10+ years ago; particularly How to Connect With Nature.
In it, the author poignantly reflects on the city’s complicated relationship with energy. We people gravitate to the city for “the energy” and in the process often expend more than we soak.
As a result we crave for nature to regenerate before soon being drawn to the city again.
Life is FUN when we are able to embrace this yin-and-yang, so why do we resist?
